Two organisations, one piece of work
The field programs, the boats, the crew and the shop are run in Belize by Fins Tours Ltd, a Belize-registered company. FINS Foundation Inc. is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, registered in Ohio, that supports the work through grants and donations. Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible in the US to the extent the law allows.
The simplest way to fund the work is still to buy a piece of jewelry. If you want to give directly, donations go to FINS Foundation Inc., separately from the shop.

Pezzy Pets buys the lionfish material that doesn't become jewelry or meals, under a guaranteed-purchase partnership. Healthy Reefs for Healthy People provides technical assistance on the king crab pilot. TIDE co-manages the Sapodilla Cayes Marine Reserve with the Belize Fisheries Department, and our turtle work is in support of TIDE as co-manager. NC State University collaborates on lionfish DNA research.
